Orders and Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location and shipping method. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
To create an account, click on the “My Account” or “Sign Up” link at the top of our website. Enter your name, email address, and password, then follow the instructions to complete your registration. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping information, and manage your preferences easily.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. You can also log into your Coleshome account to view your order status anytime.
No. For your security, we do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway to protect your personal data.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law and is calculated based on your shipping address. You will see the total tax amount before completing your purchase at checkout.
Currently, we ship to most locations within the United States. International shipping options may become available in the future. Please contact us if you’d like to confirm delivery availability for your area.
Whenever possible, we ship all items in one package. However, if your order includes multiple items or larger furniture, they may be shipped separately to ensure safe and efficient delivery. You will receive tracking information for each package.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

We’re sorry for the mistake! Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item received. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll quickly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or processing a refund.
Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with the correct return address and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.

In some cases, yes! If an item is temporarily out of stock, you may see a “Pre-order” option on the product page. This allows you to reserve the item, and it will ship as soon as it becomes available. For estimated restock dates, feel free to reach out to our support team.
